In this paragraph I will illustrate the culture shock that’s Todd have . there are a lot of culture shock , when he arrive to India  new call center manager . Todd have a lot of culture shock in India . the first one was when he arrive to India he miss the driver because of the jam of the people and the spilling of his name (TOAD) . the second one was there were a lot of caws in the rode and in the office .

 Then he did something's to adjust like , he put a scarf to the window to save him from the sun light . more then this he have a bad news from his manager DAVE – BOSS .  

After that was doing some things  adapt to like ,  warring Indian clothes when he went to the office .  another thing is that not getting mad from the others in the office. The last adapt was when he was celebrating in the color day. Then he did some of motivations , he let ASHA came in to his place when he late of the office and he let the others try to speak in American accent .

The final , when he arrive to SEATTLE,WASH he did some change in his life in Australia like , put extra sugar in the coffee and he drink it in the right hand . he use now the tissues  in the restroom .
